Black Leather Three Seater Sofa Danish 1960s Mid Century Vintage Retro MCM

A very rare three seater sofa in its original supple black leather.

We believe this was made in the 1960s in Denmark, as its by either Svend Skipper or Georg Thams.

This three seater has a low slung profile, a typical design trait from the Danish and Norwegian 60s and 70s era, with beautiful sweeping curves and winged armrests.

These particular models are becoming increasingly hard to find, particularly in this sought after colour, size and rare type of leg.

The sofa is raised on tapered angled solid rosewood legs.

This design classic is an original piece of mid century furniture.
