6 x Edvin Helseth Trybo Fureka 313 Pine Brutalist Dining Chairs By Stange Bruk Mid Century Vintage Retro

Six 313 dining chairs by Norwegian interior designer Edvin Helseth (1925-2007), from the 'Trybo’ series, produced by Trybo and Stange Bruk. The 'Trybo' series was designed in 1964 for the ‘Trysil-cabin’ (Trysil is a Norwegian ski-resort).

These chairs are made entirely out of solid pine wood. Sophisticated wood joints make this design stand out, and made the use of glue, screws or nails unnecessary. The backrests are rotatable which provide extra comfort, and makes it adaptable to your seating position and the body of each individual.

The Trybo series won the Norwegian design award in 1967.
