Originally conceived in Denmark in 1966, this beautiful brown leather and oak framed sofa was produced by Georg Jørgensen & Søn in 1967 and designed by Erik Ole Jørgensen.

Erik Ole Jørgensen was a Danish furniture designer whose background was in furniture upholstery. Jørgensen’s exceptional sense of shapes, colours and textures led him to design both furniture and textiles. Jørgensen’s designs, such as the wooden furniture designed for FDB Møbler, Kaare Klint and Fredericia have made him one of the definitive figures of the Danish modern.
