A pair of matching chest of drawers/tall boys by British maker BCM, which stands for Bath Cabinet Makers. Featuring teak tops and sculpted drawer fronts, with six large teak fronted full drawers.

Bath Cabinet Makers began producing furniture in 1892 in Bath, Somerset. The firm’s work was regularly featured in the highly respected magazine of the time – The Studio – and soon began to receive international prizes. A variety of styles was produced, from Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Arts and Crafts to the streamlined ‘Modern’ designs of the mid century period. Important contracts included furniture and fittings for Cunard’s luxury liners – the Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth.
