A seemingly very rare, beautifully designed pair of lounge chairs designed by V.B Wilkins for G Plan in 1953, designed as part of the popular ‘Redford’ range.

E Gomme can be traced back to 1898, when Ebenezer Gomme began handcrafting beautiful furniture in his workshop. In 1953, his grandson Donald launched the ‘G Plan’ brand and with it a post-war furniture revolution

G Plan was launched in 1953, with the Brandon Range, designed by Victor Bramwell Wilkins, this simply designed range featured splayed legs, wooden handles, and was produced in light and mid oak.

Newly upholstered in a cream off white bouclé fabric with the frames renovated and restored. A matching two seater sofa is available and a footstool.
