A stunning and scarcely seen matching pair of Model 411 Siesta lounge chairs designed by VB Wilkins in 1956 for E Gomme which later became G Plan.

A supremely comfortable chair in the Scandinavian style, ergonomically designed in 1956 to support from neck to knee. With its beautifully angled silhouette and splayed form, together with its wonderfully smooth and tactile arm rests, the ‘Siesta’ quickly became a true classic, and has since gained an enthusiastic cult following. The beech frame has been restored and the original white vinyl covering is in perfect condition.

We have two matching footstools which can be reupholstered to match at an extra cost.
